Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 2026

At AEITCH, we pride ourselves on the quality of our engineering and automation services. Because our work involves highly customized labor and intellectual property, we maintain a strict policy regarding refunds.

1. Non-Refundable Services

Deposits: The initial commitment fee required to begin a project is non-refundable. This fee secures engineering resources and covers the cost of discovery and architectural planning.

Completed Milestones: Once a milestone has been delivered, reviewed, and paid for, the transaction is final. No refunds will be issued for work that has been approved by the client.

2. Eligibility for Partial Refunds

Refunds are only considered for “Unearned Fees.” If a project is terminated before completion, a refund may be requested for milestones that have not yet commenced.

  • All eligible refunds are subject to a 20% Administrative and Processing Fee to cover the costs of project re-scheduling and resource reallocation.

3. Service Dissatisfaction

We do not offer refunds based on subjective preferences. If a deliverable does not meet the technical specifications defined in the Statement of Work (SOW), our sole obligation is to:

  • Correct the work through the agreed-upon revision cycles.
  • Provide a 30-day post-launch support period to resolve any technical bugs or deployment errors found in the original scope of work.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method. AEITCH is not responsible for any currency conversion losses or bank-imposed transaction fees.
